By using sheenstyles.com or visiting our boutique you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Products & customisation

All outfits at Sheen Styles are made-to-order or customised to your measurements. Small handmade variations in embroidery, fabric colour and finish are natural and expected.

3. Orders

Orders placed via WhatsApp are confirmed once our team acknowledges availability, timeline and payment. Advance payment may be required for custom orders. Full pricing (including customisation, delivery and any applicable taxes) is confirmed before production begins.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on customisation. Domestic and international shipping is provided through reputable partners. Ownership and risk transfer on delivery.

5. Returns & exchanges

As every piece is custom made or customised to your measurements, returns are limited to manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please share unboxing photos on WhatsApp — our team will help promptly.

6. Intellectual property

All content on sheenstyles.com — designs, photography, text — is the property of Sheen Styles and may not be reused without written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
